  • Example: Instead of “5 Reasons To Sell This Fall” …your title should be “5 Reasons To Sell This Fall in {your keyword]”
  • Intro first, a small excerpt to introduce your local market knowledge about the subject, buying or selling and flow it smoothly to the KCM post you are using.
  • Next, copy and paste your KCM post
  • Add a “source” note with a link to your own actual KCM post 
  • Outro next. This is your call to action and preferably a link to search for homes reflective to your keyword or if is a selling post, it should go to your "What’s My Home Worth” page
  • Create a short Youtube video about the post and put a link to your principal page on the description of the same video 
  • Write two smaller versions of the same post on two different platforms like Activerain, Linkedin or Facebook note with links to the original post (NOT the principal post) You must add a canonical tag to each of these posts. (Just Google “canonical tags” to learn more)
