"Content" means text, images, photos, audio, video, location data, and all other forms of data or communication. "Your Content" means Content that you are authorized to utilize by KeepingCurrentMatters.com via your subscription with them.
"Third Party Content" means Content that originates from us, which is made available in connection with the setup of your blogging system
You are qualified for subscription only if you are 18 years or older, and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms.
YOUR ACCOUNT:
You will create an account during the setup of your account. We will need you to provide certain information about yourself in order to take advantage fully from our services.You are responsible for keeping us informed about changes on any of your accounts or passwords that is required for us to do our job.
You agree to notify us immediately of any changes while you are a subscriber of our services.
We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.
You represent that any information that you provide about any accounts, that you have full and it belongs to you.
You'll need to have full authorization for us to use it.
You retain all rights in, all the content posted on your behalf belongs to you and you have 100% ownership even after you stop your monthly subscription with us.
www.Bloggingfor.ME can not assume any risks associated with the content created by your KCM subscription and your authorization for the intros and outros of each post. Your content is limited to real estate and any subject related to the industry. We will not post any content that is presumed demeaning to other persons because of race, ethnicity and/or religion. Includes any content that contains material that is unlawful, including illegal hate speech or pornography; exploits or otherwise harms minors; or violates or advocates the violation of any law or regulation.
You represent that; you have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of your KCM account.
We may publicly display advertisements and other information adjacent to or included in relation to your position in Google's search engines. (for example, a product advertisement may be featured next to the results obtained by our services). You are not entitled to any compensation for such advertisements. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice to you.
You agree by subscribing to our monthly services not to:
1. Violate our content guidelines, for another use other than intended by your blog and the results you get from search engines. Example, by sharing the content with another agent, other website or persons to duplicate your posts will not only harm you on your Google standings but it is also not allowed by us.
2. Violate any third party's rights, including any breach of confidence, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right;
3. Threaten, stalk, harm, or harass others, or promote bigotry or discrimination within our community and Facebook Group
4. Modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, sell, trade, or in any way exploit our services and content producing methods , except as expressly authorized by BloggingFor.ME
5. Reverse engineer any portion of our services and use the same methods to compete directly with us.
6. Remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice that appears anywhere throughout the posts we produce for you.
The restrictions above only apply to the extent permissible under applicable law.
We work hard to protect the security of your content and account, however www.BloggingFor.ME cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account.
If you choose to submit comments, ideas or feedback to www.BloggingFor.ME you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you.
